The word Movement has more than one meaning to us. First, as a part of our training philosophy, we need to move well in order to perform well. Improving an athlete’s movement efficiency is vital to optimizing performance on and off the field. We train MOVEMENTS, not MUSCLES. While reducing pain and injury predisposition, enhancing the way you move will maximize your athletic potential. We also use the word Movement as a call to action. Our goal is to build an empire of conscious athletes that are armed with the knowledge they’ll need to perform at their full potential.
